This is a lot for a medium-sized collar!  Oliver, well, he's not the biggest on the block, but he's not the smallest either.
But in this collar, he'll surely be the best looking.

This is a 1" wide collar with alternating large rhinestones and tall brass spots.  This collar is only available in brass for now.
