Anyone who has fostered a dog, I'm pretty sure can relate to "The Failed Foster".
That's what our Luke is. 
And we designed this collar for him. 
This collar is 1 1/4" wide and is bordered with flat round spots with an alternating pattern of flat round spots and turquoise spots.  It's a gorgeous collar that is playful and fun, just like Luke.

This collar does not have to be decorated with turquoise stones, though.  You have the option of any of our colored stones.  It is made with a single bar buckle and all hardware is silver in color.
